News from Colors of Sepsis

Dear participants of the 26th Colors of Sepsis conference,

Thank you for your registration and we look forward to meeting you at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Ostrava. Allow us to share with you some organizational guidelines and information.

Date and place of the conference
26. Colors of Sepsis takes place in days 22 January – 1 January 26 at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Ostrava.

They include:

• Main program 26. Colors of Sepsis (January 24-27, 1)
• 6. Day of young intensivists (January 22, 1)
• 21st Symposium "Current Affairs in Intensive Care (January 23 - January 1, 24)
• 11. PG Course for nurses in intensive care (January 23 – 24.1, 2024)

Arrival and registration on site

The conference takes place in the Congress Center on the ground floor of the Clarion Hotel, the entry point is marked in the picture below.

After entering the congress center, visit registration, where after presenting the QR code (it was sent to you in a separate email) or stating your name and checking your data, you will receive a participant accreditation and congress materials, including a printed program of the event.

Participant accreditation with a QR code must be visibly worn throughout the duration of the event.

Tip: If you are staying at the Clarion Hotel the day before the event, take advantage of the opportunity to register on the spot in advance. You will avoid those possible queues the next morning. Others, please arrive well in advance so you don't miss the start of your section on the day. Especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we recommend coming to the registration 60 minutes in advance. before starting the program.

Conference application

The application for the 26th Colors of Sepsis is available at app.coloursofsepsis.cz, where you need to enter your personal PIN to log in (it was sent to you in a separate email).

You can easily log into the app right on the spot by scanning the QR code on your tag.

Online access to live stream and archive

The conference has a hybrid nature, so the content (apart from paid workshops) is also accessible to registered participants online. We broadcast everything live from the Sapphire, Platinum and Rubín halls. Other lectures are also recorded and the archive will be available to participants for at least 12 months.

Live streaming and archive are available in the streaming environment at https://portal.sanopharm.cz/streaming/colours-sepsis-2024, where you log in with a unique personal code (it was also sent to you in a separate email along with a QR code for on-site accreditation).

Refreshment
The registration fee for the day includes lunch as well as water, coffee, tea and salty/sweet snacks in the morning and afternoon. Lunches are distributed based on checking the QR code on the participant's tag.

Cloakroom
A cloakroom will be available for conference participants, which is located on the right behind the entrance to the Congress Center.

Parking
The hotel offers paid parking in the congress parking lot with a capacity of 250 spaces. Participants staying at the Clarion Hotel can use the parking lot for hotel guests.

Social evenings
Social evenings are held:
23 January from 1:20 at the Clarion Hotel
January 24 from 1:20 p.m. in Garage Club Ostrava – Martino
25 January from 1:20 at the Clarion Hotel

To enter the social evening, the participant must show a valid ticket (printed or electronic), for which they will receive a wristband at the entrance.
Tickets are sold only on the website here. Tickets will not be available for purchase on the spot.
