News from Colors of Sepsis

Dear participants,

let us thank you for your participation in this year's 26th Colors of Sepsis. We believe that you were satisfied in Ostrava and that you took away a lot of professional knowledge and pleasant personal experiences.

Certificates of participation

In the second half of this week, we sent a certificate of participation to all participants of the 26th Colors of Sepsis to the e-mail they entered during registration.

However, it is possible that you did not receive the email with the certificate. The main reasons can be:

• your registration did not include an email (for example bulk registration) or the email was entered incorrectly;
• the e-mail with the certificate did not pass the hospital's spam filter.

Upload CLK lifelong education credits

We will upload credits to the lifelong learning system for all doctors who entered their ČLK registration number during registration (whether online or face-to-face) during the next week. If you did not specify the CLK number in your registration, please contact us by e-mail.

If you do not see your credits in the CLK system by the end of the week, please also contact us at info@sanopharm.cz
