Q: My registration is paid for by my employer or another entity, how should I proceed?

In the registration form, select in the section Payment of registration fee the "I want to enter other billing information" option. To fill in the invoicing data, you can use data loading after entering the ID number. As part of entering invoicing data, you can also enter an e-mail to which we will send a copy of the invoice (for example, the hospital's accounting department, etc.). The invoice will always come to your primary e-mail, which you filled in during registration. If you are participating in a social evening, you will have a choice in registration whether you want to issue the participation fee as part of one invoice or separately.

Q: Is it possible to edit my registration or change it to another name?

Yes, contact us at info@sanopharm.cz and we will modify your registration or change it to another participant.

Q: Is it possible to register on the spot?

On-site registration will probably not be possible due to capacity reasons. If you want to be sure that you will be able to participate in the conference, please complete the registration in advance.

Q: When will I get the details to participate on the spot?

To all registered participants we will send detailed organizational instructions to their e-mail (given in the registration). We usually send this information about a week before the conference starts. At the moment when the instructions are sent to the participants, they are also published as news on these pages. The instructions also include access to the congress mobile application a code for online transmission/archive of lectures.

Q: How is the on-site catering?

Attendees of the conference are entitled to lunch and salty and sweet snacks during the breaks, including drinks - water, coffee and tea, included in the registration fee. Meals, as well as entry to the conference premises, are only possible on the days on which the participant has registered and paid the registration fee.

Q: I have dietary restrictions, how should I proceed?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the note when registering for the conference, or send them to us at info@sanopharm.cz We will try to accommodate you as much as possible, but at the same time, as an organizer, we do not guarantee that all dietary restrictions will be fully met.

Q: Will there be a cloakroom on site?

Yes, a cloakroom is available for participants free of charge at the entrance to the convention center.

Q: Is it possible to park on site?

The hotel offers paid parking in the congress parking lot with a capacity of 250 spaces. Participants staying at the Clarion Hotel can use the parking lot for hotel guests.

Where and how can I register for the conference?

The link to the conference registration form is located on the main page. Here you fill in all the necessary information and after completing the registration you will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice for payment of the registration fee.

Is it possible to register to participate online? How long will I have access to lecture content?

Registration for online participation takes place in the same form as registration for face-to-face participation - when registering, simply select the option "Online participation".

The course of the congress will broadcast live from 3 main halls - Sapphire, Platinum and Ruby.

Lectures from all other halls, as well as lectures from live broadcast halls, will be recorded in the form of a video recording of the lecturer and slides of the lecture and placed for viewing in the archive at coloursfosepsis.cz.

Access to the live broadcast and recording of the lectures will be enabled based on registration with a unique password from the start of the congress for at least 6 months after its end.
